By purchasing a membership, booking a class, or using the facilities of Antidote.fit, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Membership and pricing
- Membership rates, packages, and class pricing may be revised by management at any time.
- Updated rates apply to new purchases. Existing memberships remain subject to the terms active at the time of purchase, unless otherwise communicated.
- All memberships are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Health and participation
You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in fitness activities and do so at your own risk. Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your participation.
Bookings and transfers
- Memberships, packages, and class bookings are non-transferable.
- Class schedules, services, and policies may be updated at any time.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes when necessary. Affected members will be notified as promptly as possible.
Conduct and facility use
- Members must follow all gym and studio rules and behave respectfully toward staff and other members.
- Appropriate athletic attire and footwear are required in training areas.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for violations of these terms, unsafe behaviour, or misuse of facilities.
Personal belongings
Antidote.fit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please secure your valuables and use lockers where available.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antidote.fit is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of our facilities or participation in our programmes, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
